Norfoods Transportation is a refrigerated freight carrier specializing in perishable freight, running import and export operations between Mexico and the United States—primarily through the McAllen, Texas border crossing—as well as local and domestic transportation within Mexico.

Site content is provided for informational and quoting purposes only; it does not constitute a binding service offer until both parties formally agree on the terms of a specific shipment.

By using this Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information in the quote form and other contact channels
• Not use the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to compromise the security or operation of the Site

Quotes requested through the Site's form, WhatsApp or any other channel are preliminary estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final rates and service terms will be confirmed directly between Norfoods Transportation and the customer, taking into account factors such as commodity, lane, season, equipment availability and the specific conditions of the shipment.

Norfoods Transportation reserves the right to adjust a preliminary quote if the information originally provided does not match the actual characteristics of the shipment.

Norfoods Transportation equipment carries current insurance coverage. Cargo-specific coverage for the freight being hauled is not automatically included in the transportation service and must be purchased separately from a third-party insurer, based on the value and characteristics of the shipment.

All Site content—including text, logos, images, design and the "Norfoods Transportation" brand—is owned by Norfoods Transportation or used with proper authorization. Reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Norfoods Transportation shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by force majeure, weather conditions, border closures, customs inspections or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control
• Damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer when requesting service
• Loss of or damage to freight not covered by cargo insurance, when the customer has not purchased such additional coverage

Norfoods Transportation's liability for the transportation of freight shall be governed by the service agreement and the Carta Porte (bill of lading) issued for each shipment.

The Site may contain links to external platforms (such as WhatsApp or the satellite tracking system). Norfoods Transportation is not responsible for the content, policies or privacy practices of third-party sites.

Norfoods Transportation may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute related to use of the Site, the parties submit to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
